Execution, payment and delivery

Execution time:

Contemporia jewelry is handcrafted in our workshop. As soon as we receive your request, we will start working on your jewery and please allow 15 working days to complete the order. When it comes to wedding rings and engagement rings, the maximum completion time is 25 working days. During busy periods (December for example) the deadline may be extended, in which case we will notify you within 24 hours of placing the order. Payment of cash on delivery
Debit/credit card.
Accepted cards: Maestro / VISA / Mastercard. The communication of banking information and personal data is 100% secure.
Bank transfer: After placing your order, you will receive the proforma invoice with all the payment details by email.
Gift Card: If you have one or more Contemporia gift vouchers, you can use them to pay in part or in full for your order on contemporia.ro.
Payment in 3 installments, for purchases over 1000 lei (€ 200), with installment cards related to banks: Credit Europe Bank, Banca Transilvania, Garanti Bank, Alpha Bank, BRD Finance.

Delivery:

Bucharest: Sinapseria - express courier by bicycle, delivery in 24 hours, from Monday to Friday, 18 lei
Romania: TNT, delivery in 24 hours, from Monday to Friday, 20 lei and 25 lei for cash on delivery service.
For certain less accesible locations an additional transport fee may be charged by the courier company in which case we will notify you by phone or email to make sure you want to proceed with the order.
International: DHL, delivery in 48-72 hours, Monday to Friday, check the delivery cost for your country, in the following table: See price table.
