Jewelry Maintenance Service
In order for you to enjoy your Contemporia jewelry pieces as much as possible we provide lifetime maintenance. It doesn’t cost anything besides the delivery fee to and from our Bucharest based workshop. You can also bring the jewelry in person.
This is an additional service to the legal commercial warranty for any lack of conformity existing at the date of purchase.
What does the maintenance service cover:
Metal cleaning, stone cleaning, luster restoration, texture restoration, checking the integrity of the gemstone setting.
What it does not cover: modifying the size of the rings/wedding bands, processes involving cutting and welding, replacing gemstones, changing the design, etc.
We can still help you with such procedures for a fee.
