Long-distance wedding bands? Yes, please!
We are delighted to see that more and more couples outside Bucharest want Contemporia wedding bands and are reaching out to ask how they can purchase them without visiting us in person.
So we decided to write a short story about how things work in such a case.
Step 1
Figure out your ring size.
You can use our guide. Find it here.
Alternatively, if you have a ring that fits on the wedding band finger, we can figure out the size if you send a photo of that ring on a ruler, as in the image below:
Step 2
If you want a pair of wedding bands from our portfolio, as they are available on our website (the type of gold, width, etc.), the simplest way is to order them online.
If you want your wedding bands customized(for example, a different width, etc.), send us an email at hello@contemporia.ro or call us (+40 746 175 826).
We will use your request to create an order with all the specifications: model, material, width, gold color, production time, delivery method, payment method, which you will receive alongside the contract.
After we receive the online order or the signed contract and order, we start working on your wedding bands.
Step 3
We let you know when the wedding bands are ready, and we send them to you. In case any adjustments are necessary, you can send them back. We make the adjustments and send them back to you.
FAQ
Production time for wedding bands is 25 working days. We start counting when all the details are confirmed (size and all the other required information).
Unfortunately, no, becauseeach pair of wedding bands is custom-madeto your size and specifications.
The answer is yes. We would gladly engrave the inside part of your wedding bands. We do not charge extra for this service.
Yes. However, you would have to send the gold to our studio in Bucharest, where we will analyze it, weigh it and fill in a release and receipt report.
We only accept the weight of the wedding bands + 20% processing loss.
The gold price depends on the stock market price and the exchange. We will let you know the exact price on a specific day.
We will deduct the value of the gold you send from the price of the wedding rings available on the website.
- Card: Accepted cards: Maestro/VISA/Mastercard. Online payments are secure.
- Bank transfer: You will receive the invoice with all the details required for the payment after confirming the order.
- Gift voucher: If you have one or more Contemporia gift vouchers, you can use them to pay for the order placed on our website, in part or whole.
- Payment in 3 installments: for purchases exceeding 1000 lei, with credit cards issued by Credit Europe Bank, Banca Transilvania, Garanti Bank, Alpha Bank, BRD Finance.
If you place an order by email:you can pay in 2 installments: 20% in advance upon signing the contract and 80% upon receiving the jewelry, based on our invoice.
Of course. The jewelry is offered with an authenticity certificate, stating the quality of the material and confirming the piece was manufactured in the Contemporia studio.
The wedding bands’ warranty is three years for any non-conformity issue at the moment of the sale. The warranty covers cleaning services, rhodium replating, and size updates.
