  • Enter the information needed to complete the gift voucher: your name, the name of the person you want to give the voucher to and a message to him / her.
  • Complete the order by paying online with the card.
  • You will immediately receive by email the personalized voucher with the information you entered and with a unique code that the recipient will be able to enter at the end of the order on www.contemporia.ro.
  • The amount of the gift voucher will be deducted from the total payment.
  • You can print the gift voucher or give it in electronic format.

Voucher terms and conditions:

  • Gift vouchers are valid only for online orders on www.contemporia.ro.
  • If the value of the gift voucher exceeds the value of the purchased products, you will receive a new voucher, equivalent to the remaining amount from the original one.
  • If the value of the desired products exceeds the value of the voucher, you can pay the difference by paying online with his refund card by courier.
  • The value of the gift voucher is the equivalent of the amount in lei, written on each voucher.
  • Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Gift vouchers are also accepted for the payment of some products in promotion and can be combined with discount codes.
  • Counterfeiting gift vouchers are fraudulent and are punishable by law.

Execution, payment and delivery

Execution time:

Contemporia jewelry is handcrafted in our workshop. As soon as we receive your request, we will start working on your jewery and please allow 15 working days to complete the order. When it comes to wedding rings and engagement rings, the maximum completion time is 25 working days. During busy periods (December for example) the deadline may be extended, in which case we will notify you within 24 hours of placing the order. If you urgently need your jewelry or if you want to know the exact delivery time, please call us (0746 175 826) or email us at hello@contemporia.ro.

Payment:

Payment of cash on delivery
Debit/credit card.
Accepted cards: Maestro / VISA / Mastercard. The communication of banking information and personal data is 100% secure.
Bank transfer: After placing your order, you will receive the proforma invoice with all the payment details by email.
Gift Card: If you have one or more Contemporia gift vouchers, you can use them to pay in part or in full for your order on contemporia.ro.
Payment in 3 installments, for purchases over 1000 lei (€ 200), with installment cards related to banks: Credit Europe Bank, Banca Transilvania, Garanti Bank, Alpha Bank, BRD Finance.

Delivery:

Bucharest: Sinapseria - express courier by bicycle, delivery in 24 hours, from Monday to Friday, 18 lei
Romania: TNT, delivery in 24 hours, from Monday to Friday, 20 lei and 25 lei for cash on delivery service.
For certain less accesible locations an additional transport fee may be charged by the courier company in which case we will notify you by phone or email to make sure you want to proceed with the order.
International: DHL, delivery in 48-72 hours, Monday to Friday, check the delivery cost for your country, in the following table: See price table.
